My work draws on years of coaching professionals, building Exaltitude, raising four children, and studying the questions that shape a meaningful life. I bring those worlds together in my writing, advising, and private investing. I am the co-author of two Korean books on food, family, and well-being, and a peer-reviewed family-court researcher.
